So like many of you, I’ve always loved dogs.
Having a dog has always had so many benefits. You always have a friend, you never come home to an empty house and your dog is always happy to see you.
I wish I didn’t have to share this with you but my life is pretty much an open book on this blog.
I wish I could share some noble and worthy musings and list all the benevolent reasons why I always had a dog.
You may think I’m shallow after I share this and I would probably agree but keep in mind I was a lonely young man looking for companionship. A lost soul blindly searching to fill the void of a crushed heart after being raked over the coals in a devastating break up.
I know that it is no excuse but one of the great benefits of having a dog is because….
….because….
……chicks dig dogs.
There I said it, but stay with me for a second longer because before you think I’m a male chauvinist pig, I have a good reason for sharing this with you.
Anyway, years ago an old girlfriend broke up with me. When I left she said I could take the dog, which was hers. I was over the top happy that I was able to depart the relationship with her sheltie in my truck next to me.
She accused me of liking the dog more than her to which I’ll politely reply, “No comment.”
I moved to another town in another state and quickly found out that I could make friends of the opposite sex very fast. I just had to take my little sheltie to the local park.
It was like magic. A dog is like a chick magnet. I never had to worry about approaching the fairer sex.
And this is where it got good. I taught my little sheltie how to do tricks.
Your dog doing tricks makes you into a very popular person. Look at all the YouTube videos of dog tricks.
Everyone loves dog tricks.
I taught my sheltie how to fetch a tissue when I sneezed and it always brought down the house.
I have shared this with you because you can teach your dog tricks and help a good cause at the same time.
Right now I am giving my very popular Fun Dog Tricks Course to anyone that makes a donation to a shelter that I do a lot of work with. The Humane Society & Shelter – SouthCoast helps thousands of dog every year.
And while everyone is pitching you right now on Cyber Monday and Black Friday sales that go on and on, I’m asking if you’d like to make a donation to a great shelter of any amount and I’ll send you the course.
Once you make the donation, send me an email and I’ll send you the course.
Deal?
