Last week I did an interview with The Fall River Herald.
It was for a new book I wrote that is available on Amazon.
Being the summer months, we talked about dogs being left in cars. I said that it is unfortunate that in this country dogs are not allowed in so many places.
I think we would have much better behaved dogs if we could go more places with them. There is one town close by and dogs are not invited anywhere. Parks, beaches, walking paths – NO DOGS ALLOWED.
I get it, I really do. There are dog owners that don’t pick up after their dogs. Their dogs are unruly or aggressive and they have no control.
It’s just sad that the responsible dog owners have to pay the price for all the chumps.
But there is a small bright light. There are some stores that do allow dogs and they need to be rewarded for their dog loving attitudes. Here is a list for you to do business with and bring your best friend to:
- Banana Republic
- Barnes N Noble
- Bloomingdales
- Gap
- Home Depot
- Pottery Barn
- Restoration Hardware
Your dog has to be on leash and under your control. So please make sure your dog walks on leash and does not pee on the display units.
Also make sure you check with the individual stores in your area to make sure it is okay to bring your dog in.
Also make sure you can walk your dog on leash without pulling. The brand new Leash Walking Secrets Course will make your dog the envy of dog owners everywhere when they see you and your dog waltz in and out of the local Barnes N Noble with a double mocha vanilla latte in one hand and your dog’s slack leash in the other.
